Batch BioDiesel Plants: I have prepared technical packages for setting up BioDiesel Plants as Batch process. This package of BioDiesel Plants, comprises of Designs and Fabrication Drawings of Catalyst cum Biodiesel Reactor, Settling tanks and Dry Washing System. This package of BioDiesel Plants, also includes storage tanks, and special pretreatment vessel for feed preparation. These BioDiesel Plants are of following capacities:

Continuous BioDiesel Plants: I have also prepared technical packages for setting up Continuous BioDiesel Plants. These Packages of BioDiesel Plants, comprises of Designs and Fabrication Drawings of Catalyst Reactor, Biodiesel Reactor, Ultrasonic mixer and Centrifugal Separator (or Settling Tanks) and Dry Washing System. Package also includes storage tanks. BioDiesel Package includes special pretreatment vessel for feed preparation. These BioDiesel Packages are of following capacities:

  10,000 liters BioDiesel Plant, per day (Continuous)

  30,000 liters BioDiesel Plant, per day (Continuous)

  50,000 liters BioDiesel Plant, per day (Continuous)

Since many clients want to set up their BioDiesel Plants, with fabrication of vessels from their own fabricator in their own town, I am offering a total package of BioDiesel Plant drawings and data sheets (for bought out equipments) with the help of which they can set up their own BioDiesel Plant. These details of BioDiesel Plant, are in Metric System, and in English language. These are offered in Acrobat (.pdf) format and as CAD (.dwg) format (saved in earlier version, so that BioDiesel Package can be modified using any CAD package). You can modify the same as you wish.
