Since many clients want to set up their plant with fabrication of vessels from their own fabricator in their own town, I am offering a total package of drawings and data sheets with the help of which they can set up the plant. These are in English and offered in Acrobat (.pdf) format and as AutoCAD (.dwg) format (saved in Rel 14) and you can modify the same as you wish. Project Reports for each capacity are provided in MSWord (.doc) and MS Excel (.xls) format. The reports are in Indian Rupees. 50,000 and 100,000 liters per day (Continuous) Plant: I have designed an Automatic Continuous BioDiesel Plant with capacity of 50 and 100 tons per day (4 and 8 million gallons per year) based on Ultrasonic mixer and Centrifuge (or Settling Tanks).
