PIPING RELATED SOFTWARE ASSIGNMENTS

AutoPLANT : I have good experience of 3D Scale Models. I am creating these with AutoPLANT 2004 for the last few year. In past, I worked on contract basis for MDEEL (Monsanto DMCC Enviro-tech Engineering Ltd.) for their projects of MONSANTO Enviro-tech Inc of USA. I can create the same using my own add-on software.

3D Scale Model: I have done a 3D Drawing of Pipe rack for a 100,000 tons/year PTA, PolyEster and Fiber plant in Indonesia for

Karawang Timur, 41300, Indonesia.
This MODEL can be viewed as elevation, plan, and end view also, and can be plotted as it, within seconds.  These give a clear picture and can show interference of Pipelines, Electrical, Structure etc. This assignment was done in two stages, in their factory in Indonesia, first for 2 months and later final drawings after revision of earlier ones for 3 months.
I am well conversant with AutoCAD Release 10 to 14, 2000 to 2006 and I have developed application software to prepare Engineering Scale Models, Process & Instrumentation (P & I) Diagrams, Piping Isometrics, 2D Pipe Routines etc, details of which you can get from web site. It does not run in AutoCAD 2007.

Consultancy in Piping Engineering: Presently I am doing Engineering Scale Models, Pipe routing, Piping Isometrics, Skid Drawings as well as Programming in AutoLISP and VBA for a number of parties.

Piping Software :
1. Piping Isometrics for Chemical Process Piping: This is a AutoLISP based program with user friendly dialog boxes, which is an add-on for AutoCAD Release 12 to 14 and 2000 to 2006. It does not run in AutoCAD 2007.
2. 2D Pipe Detailing: This is a AutoLISP based program for designing and drawing of Pipe Routines in 2D, exactly to the scale, with user friendly dialog boxes, which is an add-on for AutoCAD Release 12 to 14 and 2000 to 2006. It does not run in AutoCAD 2007.
3. Engineering Scale Models: This is also a AutoLISP based package which creates Block, and inserts them. It is customized for easy insertion of symbols in AutoCAD 2000 to 2006. It does not run in AutoCAD 2007.
4. P & I Diagrams for Chemical Projects: This is a VBA Based program which creates Blocks as and when required and inserts in drawing, customized for easy insertion of symbols in AutoCAD 2000 to 2006. It does not run in AutoCAD 2007.

Consultancy in Chemicals :
I am working as a Freelance Chartered Engineer, from October 1976 onwards. I have done a number of assignments in Project Execution and Market Surveys, for a number of companies in India.

Previous Experience in Production of Chemicals :

1. Senior Process Engineer in Polychem Ltd., (Collaboration with Dow Chemicals of USA), Styrene plant, Chembur, Mumbai, 400 074, India, from Nov. 1973 to Nov.1975.
   Here I was in charge of Alkylation unit in shifts.
   Products manufactured are Ethyl Benzene, Diethyl Benzene, Styrene, Divinyl Benzene.
2. Shift Supervisor in NOCIL Rubber Chemicals Div., (Collaboration with Monsanto Co of USA), C-37, TTC MIDC Industrial Area, Thane Belapur Road., Navi Mumbai, India, from Nov. 1975 to Sept 1976.
   Here I was in charge of production operation of two plants.
   Products manufactured are different types of Rubber Antioxidants and accelerators.
